Positions - bow and hand
Before shot it is neccessary to take tre string with a string hand. The string hand can be put to the string in two ways - from inside or from outside.
It is more comfortable to do it from outside. It works well with shooting straight to the front, whene facing the target head-on. However the hand inside suits better to some ways of nocking. It is best used when standing a bit sideways.
Generally the hand from inside is rather unusual, however it works quite well if you get used to it.
